Before we started using BallotDA our county was using paper time cards to track our poll worker time. This caused for repeated errors in time entry and paychecks as well as discrepancies between time present and time recorded on the card. Since we switched to BallotDA we now have seamless transfer between our office and our Human Resource department, our workers clock in and out by scanning their IDs which all goes to a file that imports directly into our payroll system, all but eliminating the possibility of human error.
